The Duo XD horn loudspeakers continue the tradition of the Avantgarde Acoustic Duo line that has been in production since 1994. This new variant offers the same exceptional sound as the other Duo products but with a sound best described as tauter or sportier. - Mylar tweeter membrane with a ferrite magnet

- 1000 W Class-D subwoofer amplifier with programmable active crossover and subsonic filter
- The amplifier is programmable by LAN or USB
- 107 dB efficiency
- CDC system without a passive filter
- 100 V CPC crossover design
- The base frame is solid cast aluminum with steel frame rails
- Four custom spike cone feet with a precision adjustment system
- The subwoofer cabinet is made from 30 mm MDF
- 11 different color choices for the horns and four different panel finishes
- Custom piano black and white finishes also available for the cabinets
